PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING PRIOR TO SUBMITTING YOUR REQUEST

Becoming ordained as a minister with Church of Learning Ministries is easy, simple and fast and FREE. After completing the ordination application on the next page, you will receive an email confirming your ordination (this can take up to one week to process)

Please read this email carefully, as it does pertain to your ordination and includes some vital information.

Please make sure you follow these instructions precisely or your ordination will not be accepted or valid.

1: You are of at least 18 years of age, or a legal adult per your state or local laws, or by a court order a legal adult.

2: You must submit your FULL LEGAL NAME (No Nicknames)

​

3: Only include factual information

​

4: You are not submitting your request under a fictitious name, for another person or another person's name, or that of a pet or animal. 

 

5: You agree to abide by and be legally held responsible to all local, state and federal laws regarding your ordination, including but not limited to registering your credentials prior to preforming any services if need be.

6: You will not use your ordination for illegal purposes.

​

7: You will keep Church of Learning Ministries updated with correct information, including, name changes, address, or other relevant information; as soon as possible.

11: You agree that Church of Learning Ministries may at any time confirm the information you have submitted by any means.

12: You agree that Church of Learning Ministries will not be held responsible for illegal use of your ordination, intentional or not. Nor will you hold Church of Learning Ministries responsible.

13: You agree that we may revoke your ordination at anytime for violation of the above aforementioned or violation of federal, state or local laws.
