We need your name, date, time and location of the ceremony, so we can check our calendar to make sure we are available

 

If we are available, we will go over the details of your wedding plans with you.

We will take all this information down and give you a price quote, and even if need be try to work within your budget.

After all the above, and you agree to book with us, we then will place a temporary hold on your date, send you our contract with all the information on, and advise you how to submit your retainer fee and contract to guarantee your spot on our calendar. This temporary hold, gives you adequate time to review all the information and our contract before full committing to us, while holding your date.

 

We need the contract and retainer fee returned to us to guarantee your booking.

The contract protects you as a couple, insuring you know exactly what you get. That we will be there for you, your price will never go up, etc.

The retainer fee is to reserve your spot and start all the planing, and is NON REFUNDABLE (so please make sure you are committed to booking with us)

The reason for this policy is to insure all serious couples have a chance to their Fantasy to Reality, Dreams Coming True Wedding Day. 

We have in the past booked couples, worked hard on their wedding, just to be left at the alter in the end.

We want to INSURE that it's all about you.

Once the above is returned to us, your booked into our calendar and guaranteed our services.
